| This Privacy Policy covers Stratus Cloud's treatment of personally identifiable information that Stratus Cloud collects when you are on the Salesforce.com Appexchange and Force.com Platform API, and when you use Stratus Cloud's services including the Application Service. By using or accessing the Salesforce.com Appexchange and Force.com Platform API or otherwise, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. |

| Stratus Cloud collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Stratus Cloud user account, when you use certain Stratus Cloud services, when you access online games, and when you enter promotions or contests. Stratus Cloud may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with Stratus Cloud, we ask for your name, email address, birth date and gender. Once you register with Stratus Cloud and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. |
| Stratus Cloud may also collect information about you from other sources, such as newspapers, blogs, instant messaging services, and other users of the Stratus Cloud service through the operation of the service (e.g., photo tags) in order to provide you with more useful information and a more personalized experience. |
